Spokesman Mahmoud Basal reported that 24 Palestinians lost their lives in the past 24 hours, with shelling not stopping.

Additionally, he mentioned, "Not a single aid convoy have been able to reach urban Gaza since the conflict escalated 28 days prior."

"Victims' bodies remain we cannot retrieve from zones controlled by Israel," he said.

Specific Reports of Nighttime Attacks

Witnesses report that from 9:30 PM local on the previous day until dawn, aerial and artillery attacks struck various districts of the city.

  • Shelling was directed at the southwest sectors industrial zone, and university area, followed by intense shelling in Tel al-Hawa.
  • Later, air raids hit that locality and the public security compound.
  • In the pre-dawn period, fighter jets struck the district, a refugee camp, and that neighborhood, while shelling focused on that road near the roundabout and al-Shifa hospital.

Populated Districts Affected

Witnesses reported explosive boxes released above residential areas in al-Nafaq and the neighborhood.

Basal said that Tel al-Hawa, the neighborhood, and al-Nasr Street were among the most intensely attacked zones during the night.
